In the era of knowledge economy, as core competitiveness of enterprise, technological innovation has become a very important basis of existence and development of enterprises. How to gain the biggest value and achieve sustainable - development is a focus, about which all enterprises concerned. This paper studied the relation between the technological innovation and the value chain of technological innovation. Furthermore, it studied that how to realize technological innovation and the approaches to acquire the biggest value of enterprises.
