How to Face New Century for China CFO

摘要

The problems of "internal controller" and incorrect accounting information often take place under management of the old China General Accountants System in our corporations. This system could not meet the requirement of corporate governance structure and market economic challenges. CFO system is a logical choice. This paper firstly analyses the present situations of China CFO and CFO' s roles in value added management. Then it provides some tactics to new challenges for China CFO.
