The paper is based on analyzing and summarizing the conflict management of enterprise, the crisis management of enterprise, the circumstance management of enterprise the research, defines forewarning management of sustainable development of enterprises ( FMS-DE), points out the characteristics of FMSDE, then brings up and establishes the research frame of FMSDE that joins together demand of forewarning management and ensuring sustainable development of enterprises, analyses and discusses researches of FMSDE's purpose, cause, key technique.
