A Research On Chinese Business Process Reengineering

摘要

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of China, the paper points out that radical business process reengineering as Hammer and C hampy suggested should be modified before putting it into practice in China. The paper puts forward the concept of process management and gives the framework of business process management.
