TDMA protocol is a main channel access method of wireless networks used in militarily fields, which works by dividing a radio frequency into time slots and allocating slots to multiple calls. Two mathematics models are proposal to calculate the message delay. Based on analysis, the message delay in the queue of TDMA are composed by two parts, one can calculated on M/M/1 theory, in which the waiting time is from the message producing to it being the header of the queue, the other can model by the uniform distribution and Erlang distribution, in which the message waiting time is caused by the header waits for its turn to send. Simulation results by Petri net are compared with two methods, and Erlang distribution more closed to the simulation results than uniform distribution.
