摘要

Fibre grating is a kind of passive fibre parts, and it has the characteristic of forming filter or reflector in narrow strap. As a result, it has been used widely in the field of fibre communication and fibre sensing. In this paper, we utilized step motor to adjust the incidence which ripped into F-P cavity standard utensil so as to adjust the wavelength of light which permeated from F-P cavity standard utensil. Then we can get the wavelength of light which reflected by grating according to the location of transmission light focused on linear CCD. It could be proved by experiment that the measurement precision could be increased to 0.1 nm.
