摘要

Logistics is one of the important problems of Electronic Commerce. It is also one of the basic problems of supply chain management. A simulation model for medicine logistics which integrates suppliers, medicine company and retailers has been established based on Arena 5.0 in this paper. The objective of the model is to observe the dynamic running process of the logistics and to find its bottlenecks. The model has been optimized under given constraints of established objective function. The best purchase intervals from the suppliers and the optimal initial inventory capacities of the medicine company have been given as the result of optimization, which are the basis of decision making under uncertainty.
