基于Arena的餐饮业服务仿真模型研究

摘要

Surrounding a sushi restaurant in Guangzhou, the paper makes series of field investigations and surveys, builds an Arena-based simulation model of the service process, and analyzes the quantitative relationship between the service supply and needs, in response to the indefinite customer request for catering business.%为提前计划和快速响应顾客需求，同时节约成本和确保盈利，文章以某餐厅为例，通过实地调查和流程分析，建立了基于Arena的服务流程仿真模型，分析了服务供给与需求之间的量化关系，为实现供需能力平衡做出有益尝试。
