Based on the characters of draw man-hour ration in MTO enterprise is differ from manufacture enterprise produce products in large numbers but little kinds. Use methods of work study and time study in IE, bring forward a new way to solve this problem, named method of analyzing key factors. Researching and enumerating all the factors influence the machining time. Then find out the factors of important and can be quantitated, next using mathematics methods to get ration model, finally use other factors that can not be quantitated to amending the model. This model is very useful to establishing produce plan, and also can give basic data to ERP system.
