STUDY OF THE MINE FLEXIBLE PRODUCTION PLAN AND CONTROL MODE

摘要

On the basis of analyzing the mine rigid production plan pattern of the mine enterprises which brings defects, this paper proposes mine flexible production plan and control mode profiting from flexibility of the flexible manufacture system. The mine flexible productive plan and control pattern is the inevitable product which a-dapts to the market economy development. This paper points out the goals of the mine flexible productive plan pattern and analyzes market demand, price facto, geological conditions, safety production and so on. It analyses the control measures that ensure the flexible production plan to implement favoringly. Finally this paper gives an example of making production plan in a mine.
