APPLICATION OF THE GREY RELATIONAL MODEL TO THE BASIC FACTORS ANALYSIS OF LOGISTICS DEVELOPMENT

At present, regional logistics has become the attentive emphases of the regional economy harmonious development, and the scale of logistics is decided by the scale of freight in a large extent. By dint of grey theory, the paper has established the grey relational model on the basis of freight traffic and freight ton-KM of four transportation means such as railways, highways, waterways and civil aviation. According to the fact in Chongqing city and other city, the main freight factors which affect logistics developing smoothly are discussed, and rational suggestion for improvement is put forward.
