Automation System for Cascade Reservoir Dispatching in Three Gorges

摘要

The Three Gorges Project is the largest water conservancy works in China. The Three Gorges Cascade Dispatching System bears the tasks of comprehensive data acquisition, processing and application of reservoir power generation and navigation in the hub and it is also the development and execution platform of reservoir dispatching program and power generation plan of cascade power plants. The article presents and analyses the design and practice of the Three Gorges Cascade Dispatching system from the view of remote measurement, center station network and applied software.
