Engineering Solutions for Research, Pilot and Production High Pressure

摘要

The design and manufacture of high pressure equipment and systems is an evolving technology and this paper examines the considerations for high pressure systems for research, pilot and production for bioscience, biotechnology and food processing. Factors affecting the design of research and pilot systems will be discussed along with equipment solutions, particular reference being made to recent development in in-line processing by high hydrostatic pressure and high pressure homogenisation.
