摘要

During the course of the product design and manufacturing, BOM (Bill of Materials) is a pivotal technology profile of enterprises. It is an important reference file of various manufacturing phases. BOM mainly expresses some structure information of the design, manufacture and assembly, assembly quantities of the corresponding parts, and also includes some information of materials, weight, heat treatment, etc. of the parts. The process of extending, transmission and transformation of the BOM is very complicated and important. The main purpose of this paper is to solve configuration questions of BOM through applying SSPD (Single Source of Product Data), OO (Object-Oriented) technology and ideas of module and component. Based on the way of organizing data of the SSPD, strict restriction among product data distributed in different database is established, which ensures that the data of the products are consistent, the newest, non-redundant and reliable. Under the management of PDM (Product Data Management) system, it may effectively solve configuration question in different applied phases of BOM. Through applying OO ideas and using SSPD as substrate data, BOM model is established. Ordered management of dynamic product structure and design process facing series product is achieved. The corresponding prescriptions of basic form of product BOM are done. Configuration management concept of product BOM enabler has been put forward, and the different configuration rules are given. According to the different configuration rules of product, BOM structure is timely established, and configuration management of structure of the series product is achieved.
