摘要

Mg/Al_2O_3 composites are prepared by molten magnesium reduced and penetrated alumina porous ceramic skeleton, the microstructure of Mg/Al_2O_3 composites is analyzed by XRD, SEM and Optical metallographic and so on, and the fracture toughness and anti-wear properties are studied. The results indicate that Mg/Al_2O_3 composites are a two-continuous-phase- networks metal-ceramics composites, and the interface of magnesium and alumina has a good bonding. The fracture toughness decreases and anti-wear of Mg/Al_2O_3 composites greatly increases with magnesium content decreasing.
