摘要

In order to get the zero-order release characteristic of a new type of implantable drug delivery micro system made of biodegradable polymer, the idea of structural topology optimization is introduced to the micro-structural design for biodegradable material in this paper. The structural topology optimization base on degradation characteristic is carried out by two steps, topological structure determining and structural parameter optimizing. An example shows that the method is feasible. The research establishes the foundation on the further development of the new kind of implantable drug delivery system and widens the application of structural topology optimization.
