摘要

Based on the dissection work of urea reactors,the generating and propagating characters and rules of the SCCs were concluded.Crack simplification models were build,and the calculation method of the parameters of the simplified cracks were proposed under the consideration of the natures of the acoustic emission detection method and defects contained in multilayered vessels.Furthermore,a brief verification work was taken to prove the rationality of the crack simplification.The work in this paper has a significant meaning to the safety assessment and residual life assessment of the multilayered vessels.
