How to Build up an Efficient Simulation Tool for Complex Parallel Relational Query Processing Based on High-Level Petri Nets

The poster presents an original methodology build up a simulation tool for complex parallel query processing in relational databases (e.g. data mining-). It bases on the modelization of the data and control flow in query procesisng, which is realized by using high-level Petri nets.
