High Performance Simulation of Thermal Convetion Using Quasi-particle Approach

Rapid development of computers has dramatically increased the size of simulated systems (1) and enhanced the area of molecular dynamics (MD) applications (2). Large computational power needed for this class of simulations and high efficiency of paralle MD algorithms make this approach ideal for high performance computing.
