Inspection System of Beer Volume in Bottle on Automatic Product Line Based on the DSP

摘要

This paper gives a kind of new developed on-line inspector system of packed beer, it inspects the height of the beer to judge the liquid volume, it is mainly used to inspect whether the volume of beer inside bottle on automatic production line attains the request. This system makes up of a high-speed vision sensor with the function of open window and DSP, putting forward a kind of edge contour arithmetic operators for inspecting the liquid location on the software. This system characteristic lies in: (1) Having very high speed of measuring, each bottle of detection time is smaller than 50ms; (2) Not be sensitive to outside light and bubble inside of the bottle;(3) Utilize the image processing technology instead of the photoelectric sensor to orient beer bottle position; (4) Small, the easy to spot install.
