Design of Logic Analysis Instrument Based on Virtual Instrument Technology

摘要

With the help of concept "The software is the instrument", a logic analysis instrument which based on Virtual Instrument technology was designed in this paper. The main functions of this logic analysis instrument were the diagnostic test of logic chip architecture and the time series analysis of digital systems. By using the graphic language "LabVIEW", the instrument's interface was straightforward, it's operation was simple, and its extended area was wide. At the end of this paper, the analysis and tests were operated on the integrated chip ADC0809. As a result, the validate and the utility of this logic analysis instrument were improved in the test progress.
