Study on Online Soft-measure System of Active Alkaline Concentration

摘要

For the sake of to arrived to debase residual alkaline concentration in the black liquor and pollution of the digester liquor emitted, to implement cleaner production in the paper & pulp plant, the online soft-measure system of active alkaline concentration is designed, which apply the principle of conductance measuring liquor concentration and the inference control is applied to restrain disturbance to measuring result, to enhance stability and to improve precision of measure system. The actual measuring result that manual titration compare with using the online soft-measure system is shown that this soft-measure system of active alkaline concentration has better measuring precision and the capability of restraining disturbance.
