This paper described about biggest hurdle of MRAM solved method for high capacity. Normalizations MRAM have two current lines and it was to magnetize by two current appeared composition magnetic fields. This system has a weak magnetic field because of only current line that is appeared magnetic fields. For solving problem, this paper has used novel design that is to add high permeable magnetic pole using perpendicular magnetization field. For optimization design of Pole type perpendicular MARAM (PTP MRAM) research had used 3D FEM.
