摘要

In this work a Robust co-ordinate AVR-PSS has been developed using a Fuzzy Logic Controller for an effective improvement of power system stability of a multi-machine system. In a multi-machine system, two load frequency control (LFC) loops are connected via a tie line. The fuzzy logic based power system stabilizer model has been designed for a single machine infinite bus power system and that is implemented in multi-machine system. Simulation result indicates that the proposed fuzzy logic based co-ordinate AVR-PSS achieves good robust performance for wide range of system operation conditions & is superior than the AVR-PSS without fuzzy logic controller.
