Seismic-isolation Design of a Residence

摘要

Based on Technical specification for seismic-isolation with laminated rubber bearing isolators, taking a masonry construction as the instance, the authors use equivalent lateral-force method and SAP2000 program to compute and analyze the non-seismic-isolation and the seismic-isolation structure of the residence. Through analysis, it is shown that the effect of the seismic-isolation design for the residence is evident and seismic fortification intensity can decrease from 8 degree to 7 degree.
