The structures and properties of different prehardened processes of 718 HI-HARD steel are investigated in this article. Results show, 718 HI- HARD steel is treated by the process of controlled rolling before being cooled in air and then being tempered at a high temperature. The good comprehensive mechanical properties and structures of tempered sorbite can be obtained
