New Method of Project Financing in China — PPP Mode

摘要

In this article the author firstly introduces the meaning of PPP (Public Private Partnership) mode and the background in which PPP mode was produced. Then this paper analyses the limitation of the existing financing mode in China, and introduces the advantage of PPP financing mode. Finally, some possible suggestions are put forward if this kind of mode comes into use in China. Those suggestions relate to laws and regulations, Government inspect, project operation, international cooperation, and etc.
