Obstacle and Countermeasure of Constructing Small Town for Folk Capital Investment

It is a realistic choice of improving the level of urbanization of our country to build the small town. To this obstacle we should change mind, wide entry field of folk capital, and use positive fiscal policy. Additionally, we should practice tax revenue preference to the folk capital, and expand the channel of folk capital financing using capital market, which could motivate the vitality of folk capital, and incest constructing small town efficiently.
