Urban Housing System Study

摘要

Residence is the essential requirement of human being. "Everyone has his dwelling" is the goal for every government all over the world as well as the requirement for social stability and economy sustaining development. In the article, on base of analysis on the existing issues in house consumption, the multi-tier housingsystem is developed, and the economic theory of which is stated. Furthermore, the requirement of establishing the multi-tier housing system is validated by the two indexes: relations of price and purchasing power and the rate of house price and income.
