The Risk Assessment of Overseas Infrastructure Project by PPP/BOT Mode

At present, the PPP (Public-Private-Partnership)/BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) item financing pattern has already been widely used for the international big-scale project item. Distinguish the item risk correctly and distribute it rationally, as for each participation side, may be the important factors to the success of the item or not. In view of the question that the project contract enterprises develop the oversea infrastructure constructing market, This paper unifies a PPP/BOT item case, utilizes the domestic and foreign academic research achievement and the method in the item financing domain, analyzes and summarizes the indefinite factor (risk) which influence similar item success or failure, then to help the Chinese project contract enterprise use the PPP/BOT item financing pattern developing the overseas infrastructure constructing market even better.
