摘要

The relationship between the real estate investment and urban spatial structure determines the economic sustainability of the urban economy. Using the method of simulation, this paper proposes a non linear model of urban construction and urban spatial structure. This model supplies us with a framework of the coevolution between the two aspects in China. It will help urban planners and residents to evaluate the results of alternate plans and forecast the trend of urban spatial evolution.
