Apply ANP to Prioritize Multi-project Based on Theory of Constraint (TOC)

摘要

Based on theory of constraint (TOC) some researchers are focusing on multi-project management, gave critical chain (CC) and "drum buffer" to deal with different project synchronizing resource. However, because of the complex interactions among multi-project there is so much deserves further study. This paper still based on TOC, defines the multi-project and offer systemic criterion to order multi-project. Further considers alternative interpretations are possible to apply Analytic Network Process (ANP) to prioritize multi-project to schedule synchronization projects. One network model is exhibited to support the applying.
