摘要

The objective of this paper is to optimize the allocation problem of logistics center. Through analysis and evaluation of routine continuous approaches and discrete approaches, the approach integrating the two opposites is put forward. Firstly, the continuous model is proposed which covers such factors as depreciation, traffic impedance and competitive factor. The objective function of the model is the maximum of net benefit. Secondly, genetic algorithms are adopted to solve the model. Thirdly, the spare spot set is determined according to the land property, area requirement, natural conditions and transportation environment, etc. Finally, in order to determine the final spot where the logistics center is to be built, the theoretical optimal key is compared with spare spots based on the nearness theory.
