摘要

This paper proposes the concept of new ship design platform with database of towing tank test data, measured data in actual sea and CFD data. On the proposed system, researchers can refer to those three kinds of data, compare with each other, and generate new knowledge for more accurate tank testing or design plan considering the performance of ship in actual sea. In addition, this paper deals with a part of proposed concept. Concretely, a system that enables to associate towing tank test data with measured data in actual sea by utilizing RDF (Resource Description Framework). An experimental data in towing tank test is analyzed automatically and sent to database via wireless LAN in real time. The developed system enables users simultaneous playback of data through web browser. Towing tank test data can be compared to the performance data of similar ship in towing tank and actual sea by utilizing semantic search engine in the developed system.rnThe developed system is applied to two cases for evaluating the usability, and it is demonstrated that the system enables to present some profitable information to deicide trim of a ship in the operation and experimental conditions of tank test.
