摘要

This paper proposed a methodology for comparing and evaluating the effects of various IoT technologies that can be introduced and examined in the marine industry. The evaluation functions of introducing IoT technologies was selected from system analysis of maritime industry and ship operation. Based on this analysis, ship operation simulator which can evaluate each IoT technology from the viewpoint of QCD of shippers. Developed simulator can simulate one container ship's lifecycle including operation, loading and docking. Proposed methodology was applied to the case studies for evaluating 25 diverse IoT technologies. Results showed that each IoT technology was evaluated relatively and judged from the viewpoint of QCD. In addition, sensitivity analysis in consideration of technology maturity could also discuss the necessity of scrutiny of maturity of IoT technologies and degree of investment in each IoT technology development.
