THE DEVELOPMENT OF OIL-LESS SCROLL COMPRESSORS USED FOR FUEL CELLS

摘要

An oil-less scroll compressor used as an air pump component in fuel cell system for electric vehicles has been developed. And the design process will be discussed in this study. This paper will focus on the topics of concept design and analysis, component manufacturing, prototyping assembly and performance testing. The test results show that the performance oj newly developed prototype compressor satisfies the original requirements.
