摘要

The differences of character between Human-capital-intensive firms and Physical-capital-intensive firms put forward many new issues of firm theories which demands immediate solution and urges for rethinking of issues which have been in consensus under traditional theoretical framework. Basing on the heterogeneity of the human-capital-intensive firms, this paper re-evaluates four traditional problems, including the power in the firm, the competitiveness of the firm, and the value of the firm and the functions of the entrepreneurs.
