Joint Estimation of Time Delays, Doppler Shifts and DOAs of Multipath Signals

摘要

This paper presents a new approach for jointly estimating the time delays, DOAs, and Doppler shifts of multipath reflections of a signal. Based on the repetitive characteristic of the transmitted signal, a signal model is developed, which has the rotational invariance property. And the PRO-ESPRIT algorithm is applied to this model. The respective Doppler shifts, time delays and DOAs then can be estimated from the rotational invariance factors and corresponding eigenvectors. The efficiency of the proposed approach is validated by computer simulations.
