Telecommunication Competition in China: Towards Privatization Framework

摘要

We briefly retrospect the latest two decades' history of telecommunication in China and present a four-phase viewpoint, then generalize four paths to competition in telecommunications worldwide and throw light upon the evolvement path of Chinese telecommunication in comparison with the other three. This utility's problems in China are investigated and the conclusion, i.e., the telecommunication in China tends towards privatization, is given based on further investigation.
