Policy Suggestions to Improve Telecom Regulations in China

摘要

On the base of concept introduction of telecommunication regulation as well as its global development trends, this paper analyses main existing problems on telecommunication regulation authority, regulation methods and regulation contents (include market admission, interconnection, services price, service quality and universal service) in China, and purposely puts forward policy suggestions for improvement.
