China is making every effort to join the World Trade Organization (WTO) for a better developing environment and a higher share in the globalized economy. Thus, as a vehicle trading company, China North Vehicle Corporation (CNVC) is facing a different marketing environment both domestically and internationally. This thesis is aimed at formulating effective, efficient and feasible developing strategic plans for CNVC in the 10th 5-year to adjust to the new situation created by the accelerated process of China's entry into the WTO towards a more successful marketing and management result. In this thesis, by analyzing the main effects of China's entry into the WTO on domestic vehicle industry and service industry, both difficulties and chances of CNVC are stated clearly. Following that the enterprise present resources situation are studied as the conducting conditions for the plan and finally, on the basis of the previous analysis, a series of developing strategies are being proposed as the research conclusion of the thesis.
