AIR LEAKAGE THROUGH THE BUILDING ENVELOPE VIA REVOLVING DOORS

摘要

The paper presents results from a field study aiming at the investigation of air leakage characteristics of the revolving doors of a large institutional building in Montreal. Experimental data are compared with the specifications of ASHRAE Standard 90 and the Model National Energy Code of Canada for Buildings. The comparisons indicate the need to update the current prescriptive requirements for the air leakage of revolving doors.
