BUILDING PHYSICAL VALUES OF DOUBLE SKIN FACADES

摘要

Based on a 10 years experience in planning more than 20 projects with double skin facades and with most executed facades being monitored for various of their properties afterwards, the main building physical values of double skin facades are discussed for their source, amount and calculation. This includes the influence of the second skin on sound insulation and thermal insulation as well as the discussion of appropriate heat removal under full insolation.
