摘要

The traditional and herbal drugs is an important nature resources in China. Many works pay attentions to the separation and purification of their effective compositions. In this paper, a series of the macroreticular adsorbents were sythese sized from divinylbenzene, styrene and a small amount of methacrylate by the suspension polymerization. In addition, the extractions of Corptis chinensis, G.uralensis and Scutellaria baicalensis were separated and adsorbed by the macroreticular adsorbents. It was found that the crosslinking, porogenic agent kinds and porogenic agent amounts of the macroreticular adsorbents have the main effects on the adsorbent properties. The effective compositions, baicalin, berberine and glycyrrhzic acid, in the effluents were demonstrated by the infrared spectrophotometry and the thin layer cheomatography.
