摘要

Among food plants green tea contains an unusually high proportion of polyphenols and caffeine which show great applications in the field of medicine. In the conventional process for the extraction of polyphenols and caffeine from tea waste, the emulsification of extracts with organic solvents of CH_3COOC_2H_5 and CHCl_3 is a major problem. The presenting paper reported a technique to separate and produce high quality of polyphenols and caffeine with high work efficiency.
