Ascites, SDS, Leg diseases have become the main diseases affected broiler industry in recent years.rnMaxwell reported about 4.7% morbidity and 10.0 billion $ losses due to Ascites in 1997(Maxwell, 1997). In china, through the data is difficult to statistic, 5-10% morbidity is normal and some reports are showing about 60-80% morbidity outbreak in Yunnan province,Qinghai province also reflects the severity in the past years.rnFortunately, the incidence of ascites descended annually along with correct understanding and strategy based on scientific study. Lots of research institutions work on it and achieved abundance of valuable results, such as Arkansas University, Pennsylvania University (USA), Guelph, Saskatoon, albera University (Canada), Roslin institution (UK), Kimroninstitution (Israel), etc. In china, some research institutions, such as Nanjing Agricultural University, China's Agricultural University, Huazhong Agricultural University, South China Agricultural University, are also devote scientests to this project.rnAs we all know, rapid growth and cool temperatures are the two main triggers for PHS, and a variety of additional causes can increase the incidence of PHS (Julian et al, 1989; Julian, 1993; Stolz et al, 1992). Pulmonary hypertension has been considered the central feature of this syndrome, and right ventricular hypertrophy is regarded as the result of increased right-sided cardiac work performed to elevate the pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP). So we aimed PH and woked a serial experiments on it.
