摘要

In this paper, a novel optimizing technique for tuning the parameters of Proportional-Jntegral-Derivative (PID) controllers was presented based on a hybrid particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. Simulated studies of step response on a second-order system proved the better robustness and performance of proposed method compared to genetic algorithm and canonical PSO algorithm. Experimental results also demonstrated that this method tunes the PID parameters without introducing any upsets.
