Measurement and Analysis of Small Four-Wheel Tractor

The possession quantity of small four-wheel tractors is millions in China. The seats of most small four-wheel tractors are simple structure of spring-sponge. The had transporting and working conditions cause seat vibration strongly , which makes driver tired , reduces working efficiency and harms drivers health . In this paper the human-machinery system of seat-driver are measured and studied by using special human -body vibration measurement and analysis system . Based on the 1/3 octave and transmitting characteristic analysis , and according to the relevant standards some conclusions are obtained. It provides an important base for study of improvement of the seat of tractors and comfortability.
