The study that will be discussed in this paper follows the researches concerning the fibula's osteosysnthesis implant design in the published paper "Fibula Modeling and a Conception of a New Adapted Osteosysnthesis Implant". It treats some aspects concerning the finite element analysis of the fibula's osteosysnthesis. The proposed solution is based on a method, which combines the 3D computer graphics with finite element analysis by ANSYS Workbench 10. In order to declare that our designed implant is better than the already used in medical application implant, both assemblies (the proposed and the existing one) were numerically analyzed in the same stress conditions as to evaluate stresses, deformation and contact state.
