摘要

In this paper, LF6/LD10 aluminum alloy FSW joint mechanical performance were studied. Thernresults show that welding process parameter has a essential effect on mechanical performance of LF6/LD10rnaluminum alloy joint. In low rotation speed, raising welding speed improves joint tensile strength; whenrnrotation speed gets higher, changing welding speed is for nothing. When welding speed is low, changingrnrotation speed does not make joint tensile strength change; by raising welding speed, higher rotation speed isrnbad for tensile strength. When welding speed and rotation speed are both low, the mechanical properties ofrnjoints welded with non-threaded tool are better than those come from threaded tool; increasing weldingrnspeed and rotation speed does not influence tensile strength.
